Service Description

The consultation is a thorough walk through of the property and typically takes 2 hours. We tour the home with you, the home seller, taking the path of a prospective buyer, and making a detailed list of action items you can implement on your own. As we walk the house, we will at the same time prioritize what is most important and also recommend solutions for any issues that you may need additional help on.
