TERMS & CONDITIONS of our staging services.

REFUNDS are NOT provided for early removal of furnishings.
Months are not prorated if furniture is removed earlier than the lease term.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition or styling of the decor, we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues immediately. Exchanges for reasons other than damage may incur an additional fee.
In the event of a cancellation prior to delivery, a refund will be given, less a 3% processing fee if notice is given 24 hours prior to delivery.
By description, Design Services, Delivery & Pick Up services, and any applicable taxes are not refunable. No exceptions.
Lessee must pay first three months in full at inceptions, prior to delivery.
The LESSEE shall, not less than 15 days prior to the termination of the lease, advise the LESSOR in writing to arrange for pick-up up the furniture. Pick-up of furniture does not release the LESSEE from payment of the lease terms. If notification is not given at least 15 days in advance of the end of the lease term, the lease will automatically be extended by 30 days on a monthly basis until written notice is given.
The LESSEE acknowledges that the delivery and/or pick-up charges are for one delivery and pick-up only and does not reflect the LESSOR'S true costs. Additional deliveries, partial pick- ups, and any change requests may incur additional charges. Therefore, any no-shows, after-hours deliveries or pick-ups, waiting time, undisclosed special requirements such as stairs or long carries, out of order elevators, etc. will be the responsibility of the LESSEE who will be charged therefore pursuant to the LESSOR'S current fee schedule for such services.
Early termination without advanced notice may result in additional moving charges. The Lessee shall provide notice of lease renewal or request a pick up of furnishings
Furniture sales are not part of the staging contract. Payments toward a lease are not considered payment toward furniture purchased.
Partial renewals are subject to approval in writing by New England Staging & Interiors and require at least 15 days notice in advance of payment due date.
